Apple MacBook

The MacBook is a brand of Macintosh notebook computers built by Apple Inc. First introduced in May 2006, it replaced the iBook and 12-inch PowerBook series of notebooks as a part of the Apple–Intel transition. Positioned as the low end of the MacBook family, the MacBook is aimed at the consumer and education markets. It is the best-selling Macintosh in history, and according to the sales-research organization NPD Group in October 2008, the mid-range model of the MacBook was the single best-selling laptop of any brand in U.S. retail stores for the preceding five months.



Compaq Computer Corporation is a personal computer company founded in 1982. Once the largest supplier of personal computing systems in the world,Compaq existed as an independent corporation until 2002, when it was acquired for US$25 billion by Hewlett-Packard.
The company was formed by Rod Canion, Jim Harris and Bill Murto — former Texas Instruments senior managers. The name "COMPAQ" was derived from "Compatibility and Quality",as at its formation Compaq produced some of the first IBM PC compatible computers.
   

                                                                                              
                                 Dell, Inc.  is an American multinational information technology corporation based in Round Rock, Texas, United States, that develops, sells and supports computers and related products and services. Bearing the name of its founder, Michael Dell, the company is one of the largest technological corporations in the world, employing more than 103,300 people worldwide. Dell is listed at number 41 in the Fortune 500 list.     

 Lenovo Group Limited  is a Chinese multinational computer technology corporation that develops, manufactures and markets desktops and notebook personal computers, workstations, servers, storage drives, IT management software, and related services. Incorporated as Legend in Hong Kong in 1988,Lenovo's executive headquarters are in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, United States. Lenovo's principal operations are currently located in Beijing, P. R. China, Morrisville in the United States, and Singapore, with research centers in those locations, as well as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen, and Chengdu in China, and Yamato in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

International Business Machines, abbreviated IBM and nicknamed "Big Blue", is a multinational computer technology and IT consulting corporation headquartered in Armonk, New York, United States. The company is one of the few information technology companies with a continuous history dating back to the 19th century. IBM manufactures and sells computer hardware and software (with a focus on the latter), and offers infrastructure services, hosting services, and consulting services in areas ranging from mainframe computers to nanotechnology. Samuel J Palmisano is the chairman and CEO of IBM.  

          
Toshiba Corporation is a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The company's main business is in infrastructure, consumer products, electronic devices and components including TV's and laptops for everyday consumers. Toshiba-made Semiconductors are among the Worldwide Top 20 Semiconductor Sales Leaders. In 2009, Toshiba was the world's fifth largest personal computer vendor, after Hewlett-Packard of the U.S., Dell of the U.S., Acer of Taiwan, and Lenovo of China.





       HCL Technologies Ltd. is a global IT Services company headquartered in Noida, India and led by its Vice Chairman and CEO Vineet Nayar. It is the IT services arm of HCL Enterprise, a US$5.5 billion global Technology and IT Enterprise.HCL Technologies is fifth largest IT company in India and is ranked 48 in the global list of IT services providers. HCL Technologies, along with its subsidiaries, had consolidated revenues of US$3.3 billion, as on 31st March 2011, and employs more than 73,420 people of diverse nationalities. HCL Technologies has global network of offices in 26 countries. The company is listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange of India.    

                   Hewlett-Packard Company commonly referred to as HP, is an American multinational information technology corporation headquartered in Palo Alto, California, USA. The company was founded in a one-car garage in Palo Alto by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard, and is now one of the world's largest information technology companies, operating in nearly every country. HP specializes in developing and manufacturing computing, data storage, and networking hardware, designing software and delivering services. Major product lines include personal computing devices, enterprise, and industry standard servers, related storage devices, networking products, software and a diverse range of printers, and other imaging products.
